Member Update on the 2025 Survey and Planning Process

Thanks to everyone who completed the 2025 member survey. We got some great responses and were able to take the key priorities of members to a smaller meeting with key volunteers to map out the next couple of years in terms of strategy and key actions. From this process, we have determined the 5 most important areas for us to work on as an association. They are:

 

1. Increase under 18s participation by 20% and total membership by 15% by June 2027

2. Deliver coach, player and volunteer development pathway outlines by December 2026

3. Support the delivery of 10 events per year in both Disc Golf and Ultimate, including events designed to encourage participation

4. Update the association web sites and social media presence, including clear communication of the events calendar, by July 2026

5. Support association, club and facility sustainability through continued good governance
