All WAFDA members are invited to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM).This years AGM will be held on Thursday the 8th of August from 6:30pm. Unlike previous years the AGM will not be held at our annual State Championships, the reason for this is to ensure the newly elected board have sufficient time to make travel arrangements to the AFDA National Conference held in Sydney from the 21st to 22nd of September. Regional WAFDA members will be provided the opportunity to join the meeting via teleconference.
When: Thursday August 8th 2019
Where: Conference Room, Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, 246 Vincent Street, Leederville.
What: Annual General Meeting Reporting and Election of Committee.
Our current President, Oliver Berry, Treasurer, Kristofer Wright and Secretary Matthew Streatfield will all step down in order to open up all nominations up for every role.

- Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
- The reports of the Executive Committee
- Consideration of the accounts and inventory of the Association
- The election of the incoming Executive Committee (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
- Any other business requiring consideration by the Association
