WA Ultimate is proud to present Phoenix Has Risen 2020 hosted by UWA Ultimate Club. This event is open to all WA teams wishing to take part.
Phoenix Has Risen 2020 Details
When: Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2020
Time: 09:00 - 17:00 Both Days (Subject to Change)
Venue: UWA Sports Park
Format: Mixed gender event, Gender Ratio: Ratio Rule A ie "prescribed ratio” rule.
Cost: $50 (Subject to change, pending the number of registered teams)
Registration is open now and closes on the 20th September
The tournament will be reduced a one-day event until more than eight teams are registered.

Note: This event is no longer a qualification event for teams seeking qualification to the 2020 Australian Mixed Ultimate Championships (Division I or Division II), which has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
COVID Management
In order to comply with the Sport and Recreation guidelines and the State Government’s Easing of Restriction Phase 4, some changes to the tournament must be made. These changes will affect all participants directly and a document outlining the changes will be made available on the event registration page.

Team's Player Fee payments via bulk team transfer are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No single individual transfer fees area is accepted.
Eligibility Requirements:
This is a state championship event as and as such standard expectations apply, each team will need to:

Each team will need to appoint a Captain and a Spirit Captain

All players on your roster MUST have their STANDARD rules accreditation and a minimum of 6 MUST have the advanced accreditation (this must include your Captain and Spirit Captain).
Proof of Rules Accreditation
Your team must provide proof of rules accreditation by the deadline. It is suggested that the Spirit Captain collect certificates prior to the deadline to ensure a smooth process. The deadline for this is 27 September 2020.
Submission of a team list is required and must include the following information:

Full Name of each playing registrant,

WFDF Username as displayed on their certificate,

The date the test was completed

Date of expiry

To download your certificate, head to the WFDF Rules website below; login and click MY RESULTS and download your certificate. The certificate will include all of these details required.
